Hello! I’m Florence, a personal trainer based in London, and I’m here to help you find your place in the gym, no matter where you are on your fitness journey. As someone who has personally faced challenges, including living with migraines, I understand how intimidating the gym environment can feel, especially when it seems to reward only those who push themselves beyond what’s healthy.

The truth is, fitness should be accessible and welcoming to everyone, regardless of your current level of physical fitness or any conditions you may be managing. Whether you’re dealing with migraines, endometriosis, PCOS, or you identify as trans or nonbinary, I’m here to support you in achieving your fitness goals in a way that honours your body’s unique needs.

My experience working with the Vagina Museum has shown me just how many people are underserved by traditional fitness spaces, and I’m passionate about changing that. I offer empathetic, adaptable coaching that prioritises your well-being. Together, we can work on building your strength, improving cardiovascular health, and most importantly, fostering a positive relationship with your body.

I offer a range of training options to suit your preferences:

•⁠ ⁠1-on-1 personal training (strength/cardio)
•⁠ ⁠Group personal training (bring some friends!)
•⁠ ⁠Group classes (spin, circuits, HIIT, core conditioning, functional fitness)
•⁠ ⁠Kickboxing (1-on-1 or group)

Deals:

•⁠ ⁠Online only: (£80p/m)
•⁠ 1x session in person per week plus nutrition and kickboxing with up to 4 session plans per week (£160p/m)
•⁠ 2x session in person per week plus all above (£280p/m)
•⁠ All sessions in person (£520p/m)
•⁠ 1-1 Kickboxing cardio fitness (£50p/h)
•⁠ Students get 30% off

Advance:

•⁠ 6 sessions - £200
•⁠ 12 sessions - £400
•⁠ 24 sessions - £700

All advance purchase sessions are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. If sessions are unused within this period without valid reason they are non refundable. Valid reasons include relocation, illness or injury preventing you from training for over 6 weeks, with supporting evidence provided.

All include weekly check ins and feedback/advice on demand with fully tailored and adjustable programming to suit your needs. Custom macros and nutritional advice is included in all programs.

All programming will be provided on the MyPThub app with 3-4 sessions per week depending on individual requirements. Minimum contract term is 12 weeks. 4 weeks’s notice is required for cancellation.
